The Estiwise Estimate™ is not an appraisal. It is a computer-generated estimate of the market value of a home, based on an automated valuation model. It is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional appraisal or a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a licensed real estate agent. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any estimate and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on it.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site any material that is disruptive or that violates or infringes on the rights of others.
